Sacred Leadership: Foundations of Transformation is an event for leaders, coaches, and organisation teams who want to elevate decision-making, strengthen presence, and support real healing. Guided by Dr Tjanara Goreng Goreng PhD’s transformational leadership and sacred healing approach, you’ll learn to recognise how trauma patterns, nervous-system states, and subconscious beliefs shape leadership behavior—and how to shift them with compassionate practices. You will build a practical foundation for life transformation, recovery, and sustainable leadership change, including tools for psychological readiness, mindful communication, and integrating healing into culture. Expect clear frameworks, lived learning, and actionable results: greater self-leadership, stronger relational trust, and leadership practices that hold healing, integrity, and resilience. Run in two (2) x four (4) hour workshops within two following months, at a venue in a major capital city, you will come away with transformed self, knowledge and practical changes that will build your resilence and capability.
